The service provider is one of the important members of AVATAR DAO and is mainly responsible for the following matters: The Service provider Operating Agreement constitutes an agreement between DAO members.

By entrusting the service provider, we will be able to enter into legal contracts and participate in investment opportunities without the risk of personal liability beyond the DAODECENSUS DAO participation capital.

AVATAR DAO will entrust service providers to perform various administrative functions, including project collection, project preliminary review, project due diligence, verification of information related to selected investment projects, writing research report, daily update and maintenance of DApp, organizing member meetings, organizing proposals, organizing voting, financial analysis and reporting. Legal consulting, updating the latest trends in the industry, real-time sharing of hot plate information, as well as business activities and services beneficial to DAO brand, the service charging standards for the above services are as follows:

1. The service fee is payable to the service provider on an annual basis from 2% of the reserve.

2. 20% of the income after successful investment shall be paid to the service provider upon settlement of the investment income.

Change of service provider and service content

Service provider service content or teams can be modified and replaced with the approval of existing members by vote.
