Voting rights will be based on the right to vote on a proposal initiated by a member or service provider. The number of votes and the weight are related to the exchange of NFT shares.

Members will be prompted to vote through the DAPP (or other online service) at various points during their lifetime on assessments, investment decisions, the structure and form of trade-offs, or other strategic decisions related to the DAO.

Voting is primarily facilitated by blockchain-based smart contracts, and all voting records can be searched, queried, and recorded in the blockchain via a DAPP.

For decisions related to DAO governance, a vote was implemented, and a process was also implemented to make investment decisions through the tools provided by the DAPP.

Members need to vote on important matters and cannot delegate them to other members.
