Potential projects can apply for funding through the DAO's DAPP, and members can make proposals using the DAPP's governance mechanism. Applicants should submit detailed information about their projects, including but not limited to: project introduction, founder background, stage, investors, community situation, legal situation in the country they are in, community situation, publicity platform and relevant financial information.

If the Member considers that additional information should be collected from the applicant, the member may contact the project party directly or request the service provider or member to communicate on behalf of the DAO to obtain additional information required.

Members are free to contact project parties and conduct due diligence on any startups that have applied for funding.

The AVATAR DAO will maintain a variety of ways to interact and communicate with applicants or third parties, such as Telegram, Discord, etc.

If requested by a member, the service provider can arrange meetings or other interactions with the applicant. Members and service providers strive to disclose the information integrity of the project as far as possible, but cannot guarantee the correctness and integrity of the information provided by the project party.

Again, the DAO does not guarantee that such information is up to date, and such information may be updated from time to time.
